I bought one of these tags at the Barron Vet Clinic. I really like it. I had it personally engraved to say, If I'm lost please call mom at -------." I hope my dog never gets lost, but in the event she does, this tag should help her to get home.

Tags like these are sold at most major pet supply stores. They come in assorted colors and shapes, such as this bone. They are customizable and engravable so you can supply all the important information about your pet on it. I have never had one break.
