I ordered the wrong kind the first time around (too small). But, I called and though "Don" said I ordered the wrong kind, he still sent me the right one at no charge!
This tag is unbelievable! It is so much nicer than any of the usual tags that hang down. Sabrina is now in silent mode - she sneaks up on me by accident at times. The tag definitely can't ever fall off of the collar, and the letters are crystal clear and very indellible.
Pros: EXTREMELY weather-proof, puppy-proof, and scratch-proof
Cons: You do have to order the right type / size.
