On the water must!

My friends have a boat and are on the lake every summer. Their maltese ALWAYS wears a life vest like this. People are crazy if they do not have one for their dog.
I have seen too many dogs fall off the boats and the owners frantically trying to get them.
If you take your dog on your boat- then get them a life jacket!
