My dog will have nothing to do with this. Granted, he is older and does not like anything unsteady. Possibly if we had introduced him to the stairs when he was younger, he would use them now that he needs them in getting on and off the bed.

He just doesn't trust the steps.

Pros: Probably good for smaller dogs

These steps are light and easy to carry, the right height for my bed, but they just weren't sturdy enough for my 11 year old cocker spaniel and 12 year old beagle/bassett mix.

Cons: Not sturdy enough

My dogs love to be able to get onto the bed without assistance. Or maybe I just like so they don't need assistance. Either way its a good product.

Pros: Very helpful for old small dogs

This product is helpful if a member of the family is bedridden and th dog wants to visit.

Pros: Aids in getting little guys up and down without lifting

Our large dog (mastiff) does not trust these steps and will not use them. This is a shame in that a large dog really needs them in that their hips go early on.

Pros: Our large dog does not like this

Cons: Unstable
