Not made for larger dogs

posted 5 years ago

Most are made for smaller dogs. You would be better off making your own if you have a larger dog.

Pros: good concept

Cons: useless for larger dogs

I love this

posted 5 years ago

We bought these when I got pregnant and couldn't keep pulling the dogs up onto the bed when they got down at night. We have had them for 4 years now and wouldn't be without them. Even our lab uses them to get on the bed. The steps are narrow and not very big, but the dogs have adapted. One of our dogs was really scared of them at first, but I worked with him and we have had no problems since.

Pros: Easy for small animals to climb

Cons: Steps are small but our lab just skips a few! :) was an adjustment for one of the dogs.
