This works okay to kill whats there but you still have to kill them everywhere else. for the money you may as well buy a capstar from you vet, one pill and the fleas are gone who can beat that.

There is a chemical smell that is definitely evident but this product kills fleas on contact. But thorough environmental efforts need to be added for effectiveness

This product does work right away but of course prevention of the fleas in the first place is best. Would work great in a shelter environment.
