My cat's fur has improve immensly with the use of the shed ender. The loose fur on top is removed as well as the undercoat fur. It's small teeth may cause you to brush for a while, but the work is definatly worth it and noticeable.

Pros: Removes loose fur

Cons: Hard to pull through fur at times

I think this is a less expensive version of the Furminator, it is the same concept but falls a little short on the actual result.
