When my dog was a puppy, this shampoo worked well on him, considering it was also teary less shampoo for his sensitive eyes, seeing as to how he was only three months and completely adorable. When I applied this shampoo on him as a puppy, I didn't hear him complaining at all so I used this product often.
Pros: Great for the puppy in my opinion
Cons: None that I can think of at the moment
