Pet Select Pooper Scooper can be purchased at Super Wal-Mart stores for a very reasonable price. It is over 2 feet high, light weight and can be washed in bleach water or hosed off easily. Its Allen's Spring action allows for good pick up and release of pet waste. One side of the split cup is toothed, the other smooth allowing for pick up on different surfaces. This Pooper Scooper has been used at Lakeland Animal Welfare Society Shelter for volunteer dog walker's and visitor's bringing their pets for dog meeting. There is a bucket of bleach water available to place waste and to clean the scooper. I works great and is so helpful in keeping the Shelter's property clean.

I use this product a lot out at the animal shelter when we're cleaning up. It makes it handy to pick up the messes, but have noticed that the teeth seem to break fairly easily. Would be nice if there were a product with this design in metal.
