Great product

posted 3 years ago

After my horse was diagnosed with ulcers, we put him on a round of Gastroguard. We had him re-scoped and he was ulcer free. He was then put on this product for a month. However, he is often trailered to events, and is by nature a bit sensitive. Our vet recommended using this to help keep him ulcer free. We administer this before we take him to an event, and during the time we are there. It seems to keep his tummy settled.

Pros: Does the job

Cons: None

Great ulcer product

posted 4 years ago

I have never used gastroguard, but ulcerguard did the trick and is much cheaper. I always keep some handy and use it on my upper level horses during competition.

Pros: Very effective
