Natural Incontinence Remedy

posted 6 years ago

I wanted to try a natural remedy to help my adopted dog who leaks urine or sometimes loses control when she's relaxed, a possible complication of her being spayed (she was spayed by the shelter beforer I adopted her). I researched and found that horsetail can help with this for both humans and dogs. So, for the last 3 1/2+ years, she's been getting this as a supplement. It's not 100% effective, and we may eventually have to turn to the vet for medication as she gets older, but it has certainly been a healthier alternative for the time being, with no side effects or complications. I did try another brand, but found the tablets to be much less effective, and went back to this capsule.

Pros: Helps strengthen bladder, a natural remedy

Cons: None

I have 3 cats and they love this food. They eat less and walk away with a full belly. Eating less means pooping less and less litter. All around a great choice for my cats.
