Takes awhile to chew!!

Most dogs love rawhides. Most dogs swallow things whole too. When these get down to the last itty bitty, that itty bitty might be too big for their throat and cause them to hack. Other than that, these bones are great. They last along time.
Pros: keeps teeth clean and healthy
Cons: can choke on the last piece-might be too big-dog swallows

Great safe chew bone

I like the compressed rawhide bones the best because they are easier to digest and chewable in smaller pieces, less chance of choking. Wise to select safe manufacturers. I highly recommend made in the USA or Mexico.
