Organic superfood provides healing

posted 7 years ago

Our vet recommended Organic Pastures Raw Colostrum for our dog who had been through two emergency surgeries in 5 days. She had been treated with 8 different antibiotics, and her immune and digestive systems were a wreck. Raw Colostrum is alive with probiotic bacteria, immunoglobulins, and natural enzymes, which were life-giving for our little dog. The product is raw, not pasteurized and must be kept frozen and/or refrigerated until ready to use. Because it is raw, it should be carefully considered and/or recommended by a veterinarian. Organic Pastures advertises an Open Gate Policy; tours, inspections and testing are welcome.

Pros: Organic nutrient; US tested and verified

Cons: Pricey; must be kept frozen until used

I have 3 cats and they love this food. They eat less and walk away with a full belly. Eating less means pooping less and less litter. All around a great choice for my cats.
