The bottle is small and can give the pup a good start, but when they get bigger I use a baby bottle. We always keep these on hand at our shelter, we never know when a pup will come in and we need it quickly.

We need these on hand for emergencies. Never know what we will find dumped at the doorstep. A little cumbersome to use. Also, kind of hard to clean.

I have used these bottles numerous times when a mother no longer cares for her litter or a litter come in and the mother got hit by a car ect. Pups take to these bottles quite well, usually there is no problem with that. I also like that you know how much each one is eating so you know they are getting enough.

I have some of these but don't use the very often. I is more convient to use a baby bottle especially when they begin to drink 4 or 5 ounces at a feeding

Cons: Most pups have trouble sucking it d/t the extreme small nipple
