This is a must at our shelter to keep our dogs from getting kennel cough. Every single dog that walks in the door gets this first. Works great and we haven't had an outbreak in sometime, knock on wood.

Pros: keeps them healthy

Cons: can be hard to give if you don't know how

This is one of the bordetella vaccines we use at our shelter. Not only is it a pain in the butt to administer in the nose (especially with little dogs who spit half of it back at you). It doesn't seem to be effective because the dogs still get kennel cough!! I prefer injectable 100%!

Pros: Hmmm... can't think of any

Cons: Hard to administer, not very effective!
