This runner has proved very dirable and works well. I put it in front of the side door that has the doggie door and the dogs have to "wipe their feet" for 6' or so. cleans up well in washer and charcoal color good for dark dirt, other colors good for clay color and (like us) red dirt.

I have this runner right inside my side door where the dogs come in and out from their doggie door. It works well to protect my hardwood floors from the dirt they track in as well as protection from their nails when they exuberantly run in from outside.

Pros: Helps to keep the dirt and dog toenails from ruining my hardwood floor.
