Veta-lac - 400 Gram Canine

We used this product by adding it dry puppy food with water when we first started feeding food. (as soon as eyes were open). We had a litter of 9 and this took a lot of the stress off the mother. The puppies absolutely loved it and would eat all of it with no problems. They all grew to be very strong and healthy puppies, however, they did develop a skin irritation that we believe is from the milk replacer. When they finished eating they would be covered in the milk and soon after developed a flaky dry skin on their faces that went away after we stopped using the replacer.

The product says that small or weak puppies should be fed every two hours the first few days, which is a lot but true.
