About a year ago I bought a Petmate Pop-Up Soft Sided Kennel in the largest size they had -roomy enough for a Great Dane- for my cat! Over the summer months I put it outside on my patio. Zipped safely inside Fuzz has PLENTY of room to move around in, as the kennel is tall enough to sit a two tiered cat perch. Now she can watch the world go by from a cat's eye view and I don't have to worry about her being "outside". She just loves to take cat-naps in the sunshine.

I really love this product! It's so easy to keep clean and stores under a bed when not in use.

I bought this for when we need to keep a cat away from the others, for when we have strays in the house that need to be quarantined before being in the rest of the house, and just for the cats to chill in.

It's worked well for our rather moody cat who needs "time outs" every so often when he starts attacking the rest of the cats.

As for keeping in a stray cat, well we had one in it that needed to go to the vet, and before we could get him there, he'd worked the zipper open, and is now just living in the crawl space in my room and comes out to eat and use the little box.

I would suggest this to anyone. It has enough room for even me to fit inside!
