Petmate Double-door Deluxe Kennel - Mystic

I read some of the previous reviews and would like to say that I have had this kennel for over 4 years and the top latches/locks have not worn out. They are still very sturdy. I like the top entry to this kennel, much easier to get cats in sometimes! I also like the size. It's a good size for carrying a couple of good sized adult cats, or a litter of kittens. The part I like least is the top carrying handle. It is too small and narrow and is only covered by a thin piece of rubber. It is hard to carry with the weight of more than one cat in there. The handle hurts my hand and the rubber tries to slip off.

I will only buy a carrier that loads from the top from now on. With my cats its so much easier than trying to push them in the door. This carrier has a very secure clasp and vented sides for optimum airflow. Its lightweight and easy to transport. This is a good product.

Pros: ease of loading cat from top, easy to clean, two sizes

Cons: need blanket for comfort
