Looks cute, not sure if it helps at all..

We have this for our Boston. It's really cute and we got it for some extra warmth in the winter. I'm not sure it actually helps, I've heard it doesn't but I don't see why not. Supposedly booties are much better, but we can't get our dog to wear it.
Pros: Cute, easy to get on and off
Cons: Not sure it helps, sometimes it slips
