We recently purchased this hound heater for our dog Rocky as he doesn't come in the house. This is one of the best products I've bought. I wanted Rocky to have his own heater in his dog house as he is 7 years old and I worry about him being cold. This heater was easy to install and it even has it's own thermostat so we can adjust it for the tempature outside. I let Rocky out of his kennel everyday to play, but when it's cold outside he plays for a short time and then he wants back in his house because he has gotten used to his heater. Rocky loves it and so do we!!!!!

This is an excellent product and not very expensive either, we installed this into our dogs house, it is a 4 ft x 8 ft wooden insulated dog house with a doggie door we put a themometer in the dog house and it was 60 degrees in the dog house when it was in the 20's outside, our dogs love it, they get to be in the house when we are home but must be outside while we are at work, they definately know where to go to get warm now. This product eases my mind to know that my babies are good and warm even on the coldest of days. I highly reccomend this to everyone who has an outside dog, it is not expensive and it works!

The "Hound Heater" is especially comforting to owners. Yeh,... you don't have to worry about your pet shivering when he/she "has" to stay in the "outside kennel".

Usually, our dogs are under our bed, but not everybody is as "close" to their dogs as we are. If you're one of those folks, the "Hound Heater" will set aside you concerns about your pet's comfort and health even.

Sometimes, though, when our dogs play hard, they get too dirty too late to clean up so they gotta stay "outside"....

In cold months like the present, it's reassuring to know that they aren't out there shivvering all night !!

This design of this heater has alot of good reasons to use it especially for the safe and well being of your pet. Its well designed to prevent any fire hazards and built to take any bumping your pet may give it. Great for the cold winter areas.
