Pill Pockets For Dogs

I thought this was a great solution to hiding his pills in food, but Baxter is too smart for this and will not eat them with the pill in them. Oh well, we go back to using food again.

My first wheaten was able to eat almost anything and if there was a pill in it he'd manage to spit it out. The only thing he was nuts about were fig newtons and I would break them into three pieces. I'd give him a piece, put the pill in the second piece,
then immediately give him the third piece before he could do his pill spitting trick. This got messy and he eventually caught on.

The pill pockets solved this problem immediately. He never knew there was a pill inside. A great idea.
