I like using the pad wipes over brushing because they're easy to use and unlike brushing it's easy to get all the teeth. Also it's easier to tell how hard you're pressing when using a pad than if you're holding a toothbrush. With cleaner already on them they're easy to use and make it more likely you'll clean they're teeth.
Pros: easy
