Midwest Grooming Table

This table is very good. For years I used nothing and finally bought this table. Sturdy and my dog feels secure. Save your backs! ...everytime I groom my dog I rejoice that I don't feel wiped out from bending.

Pros: Saves your back

Cons: Pricey but cheaper than others

Even the best of dogs has moments when they want to just go away. The table keeps them in tow and tells them they are here for the duration. Of course if they get to antsy or upset by all means give them a break.

I do recommend buying a second arm for the belly. Even if you are there a dogs could jump off the table and this is scary to both of you.

Years ago I was grooming and Airedale Terrier with only the one arm. Now these are the clowns of the dog world and they think they are invincable. I believe they would jump off a high building fully expecting to hit the ground and keep running.

Well this big boy jumped off the table and was running up the stairs with the table in tow and me trying to pull him to a stop. Thank God he was not harmed and we were finally got him under control. He raised such a commotion the shop owners came running to help.

To this day I can laugh at this memory. But could have been avoided with a second loop for the belly.

Pros: Keeps the dog in place for easier sessions and good control of your pet

Cons: Only one grooming arm
