My friend has this door for her dog and loves it. She has a fenced in yard and the dog comes in and out as it chooses. Really great so you can leave your dog inside when you are not home but yet not need to worry as the dog can go out if it needs to.

We installed this in our garage. Our backyard was fenced in and we liked to leave our large black lab in the backyard while the adults were at work and the kids were in school all day, but leaving the dog outside in the elements sometimes was a problem as he didn't like either of the two doghouses we provided for him. Installing this in our garage enabled him to get out of the rain, wind or hot sun. It wasn't, however, large enough for our friend's son to get through, as he found out one night when he tried to climb through it!!!!
