I use all the time for my dogs. It works well and is so convenient.

I use these in and outside of our house. We have 3 dogs and are always filling water bowls. I really like this outside. You don't have to keep filling the bowl and it doesn't tip over as easy. My one dog always used to put her feet in the bowl and tip it over, its much harder to do with these so she stopped doing it all together.

This is a nice, small waterer that's okay if you only have one or two cats, but the drinking area is pretty small and my many cats often want to drink at the same time. Easy to handle size though.

I bought a water dish like this for my cat, and she figured out the secret behind the magic! She would use her paw to create air bubbles, making the dish overflow with water! If your animal is less clever than mine, I recommend this product for its convenience and easy maintenence.
