This would be great for the busy pet owner who doesn't have time to refill food and water when its needed. Piper likes to eat small amounts several times a day rather than large amounts at one sitting and this way she can take what she needs and I don't have to worry about the food getting hard and stale or the water running out each day.

I think that anyone who doesn't have enough time or energy or are just to lazy to feed their dogs themselves shouldn't be allowed to own a dog in the 1st place. Therefore I do not like this product or anything like it

Abby is a Maltipoo who does not over eat. I suppose if I had a breed that ate to the point of obesity that might create a problem. I love this feeder and would hoghly recommend it to anyone looking to get one.
