I got this for my kittens, because I thought it was cute and would be easier than using a regular bowl for water. I've had good luck with it so far. I change the water out periodically anyways, even if it's not empty to make sure the water is fresh. No problems with them knocking it over (yet) and they can be rambunkcious... they are fascinated by the air bubbles that go up when it refills the water....

Before I purchased a Drinkwell Fountain, I used this and it worked pretty well. Was a good way to ensure that water was available when I was out of town for a few days and that it would be relatively clean.

I like this and use it when we make a weekend trip to VA from NC. We are usually only gone 2 or 3 days, but I can be worry-free knowing that they have plenty of water to drink until I return. I have the food one as well.

Pros: Keeps enough water for several days

Cons: Doesn't keep it cool or clean

This is a great product. I use something like this for the feral cats that I support. It provides a large amount of water. I like the accompanying feeder too.
