Great for cats too

posted 5 years ago

My cat loves running water, when I noticed he wasn't drinking that much , especially in the summer time I bought this automated water bowl. It stays cold and you set how fast you want it to run. It really has made a difference with him.

Pros: Cool running water

Cons: A little more expensive then a plain old bowl

Not as good as Drinkwell

posted 5 years ago

This one as a really small revervior and no available external one. I used this for our one cat. When I had to take it apart to clean it I found the tight corners and nooks and crannies difficult to get clean of the inevitable backwash cats leave in water. Not to mention bits of hair that would get into the impeller of the pump.

Pros: filtered water

Cons: small reservior, hard to clean

Iams ProActive Health Multi-Cat Chicken & Salmon Cat Food

I have 3 cats and they love this food. They eat less and walk away with a full belly. Eating less means pooping less and less litter. All around a great choice for my cats.
