I bought this fo my dog to keep the water next to the food. It made it easier for me becuase he didn't spill the water like he did before.

I have two friends that use this item. ONe friend has one dog and she puts the food in one and the water in another. My other friends have two dogs and feed them at the same time.

I have heard -- not sure if true or not -- that dogs do not naturally eat at that angle and that it can be hard on the dogs to use this item as it sits up higher than "norma".

Both of my friends have had no issues.

This is great, the rubber feet keep it from sliding around. The bowls hold a good quantity of food, ( I think about 3 or 4 cups. It was a good purchase and has lasted a long time.

Pros: Durable, easy to clean, not expensive, holds both food and water

Cons: Not good for tall dogs who need a raised bowl.
