Controlling fleas and ticks is an age-old problem. Before there were products like Frontline, the homes of families in the San Francisco Bay area who had no animals and in Hawaii whose cats never went outside were infested with fleas - year round. Dogs scratched incessantly, lost their fur, and smelled horrible. Despite frequent baths and toxic treatments, the dogs became less pettable and were often banned from the house.

Some people can control these pests through natural methods. But we have not succeeded, and we have chosen to use Frontline Plus. We prefer this product because of its ingredients and because we can space the applications to match the dogs' exposure to fleas and ticks. We are concerned about using any such product long-term, but we have weighed the options and are satisfied with our decision.

My dog had flea control applied to her at he vets office and was allergic to it. I was told to use fronline plus and have used it now for years. It truly works on keeping the fleas and ticks off my dog.
I truly appreciate this because she once had fleas and it auful to control. I had to clean the entire house all the furniture ets. This has worked for me so I will continue to use it.

We use Frontline Plus at the Humane Society of Ventura County. I never see fleas unless it is an incoming dog or cat. I haven't even seen one flea on any of my personal pets all season. This wasn't the case in the past. Last year we did have some fleas despite using this product regularly. Maybe it takes a few seasons to be fully effective but I am happy with it now. It is expensive but I find that I don't have to put it on every month anymore so the cost goes down considerable. During peak flea season, I use it once a month. The rest of the year I use it every 2-3 months.

l love this product for Bailey. It is simply the only one that I use among all the other flee / tick care products.

I find it to be very effective and it works quickly. Bailey loooooooves the outdoors, we go hicking often and he is always exposed to nature etc...
I have never seen a flee or a tick on Bailey once he has Frontline on him. It is also simple to use with just one spot to apply.

This is the product to use to break the flea cycle completely as well as killing ticks. It is the most effective product on the market that I have encountered. While somewhat pricey, it is worth the price!!
