Cut paw

posted 5 years ago

my dog cut his paw at the beach on a shell when he made a quick turn, the gash was fairly large and I bandaged it several times to no avail- Then I thought of using liquid bandage- and that was the ticket. What a great product. I recently bought a second bottle and keep it in the glovebox so I have it nearby. Smart thinking, because just three days ago my other dog cut his paw in the field where some ahole had thrown a beer bottle. I cleansed the cut and put the liquid bandage on and he quit bleeding imediately. This is a must for active dog owners. I also have protective booties for the dogs but they don't always have them on when needed, so I put a bootie on over the bandage to further protect the wound

Pros: stays on, can get wet

Cons: none

Dog bandaid

posted 5 years ago

This is a liquid bandaid that works very well. My dog doesn't like you putting any sort of liquid on him (flea drops, etc.), but he's not too bad with this stuff. It helped keep his cut from bleeding.

Pros: EAsy to put on, doesn't bother dog too much

Cons: none
