Despite the name, this fenching works well on most dogs. We prefer the "Red Barn", brand. It holds up well in heat and rain. This four foot high fence works well in keeping my black Labs in the yard. However, some breeds like my "Minnie Pin", fly right over it !

I used to have this size fencing aka goat fencing on my goats pen, we have since replaced it with closer together horse mesh fencing. We found Mary caught in the fencing and it took three people to remover her horns from being double stuck in the fence. We relpaced it asap after that and we havent had any issues since then.

So, if your goat doesnt have horns this may be ok and it is great for the sheep!
