With many of these wipes and pads, I find extra moisture is needed. I augment their moisture with a tear stain remover liquid.

The most important thing is to wipe away the tear stains regularly. If you let too much time elapse, the task becomes more difficult and more stressful for your pet.

My old Westie had eye issues resulting in darker than normal stains around her face. These toweletts kept her stains down between baths.
