Delicious Food!

posted 5 years ago

This cat food was a hit with my two kitties! They love it! My cats are very sensitive and this food was easy to transition to and didn't upset their stomachs or cause urinary tract infections like they have gotten with past foods I've tried. My kitties coats have maintained their kitten softness and are nice and shiny - anyone who touches them comments on the softness of their fur :) The food is pretty strong smelling (too much for my liking as compared with other foods I've had for my cats) but I suppose that's what makes it all the better tasting for them. Also, a bit pricey, but its worth it in my opinion for the results I get.

Pros: easy to transition to, delicious

Cons: stinky, kinda pricey

One of the Best Dry Foods Out There..

posted 4 years ago

Sophie gets Wellness Core for lunch every day and she LOVES it.. She's an active, healthy, 12 wk old kitten, who hasn't had any problems with this product, and has put on a good amount of weight since we rescued her.. I like to leave her a few kibbles over night, in case she gets the munchies.. They are perfectly sized - and fun to play with.. She loves pouncing on these and gobbling them up! It's hard to find a dry food product with so much meat and nutrition packed into it, and prepared just right for your feline friend.. I'm glad I started her off with one of the best brands out there, Wellness.. I highly recommend this product..

Pros: Healthy, lots of meat, good for both kittens and adults..

Cons: None that I can think of..

Excellent as long as your cat has no kidney problems

posted 5 years ago

The only reason you should not feed this to your cat is if they are having kidney problems because it is very high in protein and cats with kidney failure can not process all the protein. I would also mix this food with another quality food and use it as a sort of supplement.

Pros: Very healthy, high in protein, quality ingredients

Cons: none

Wellness, good food

posted 5 years ago

I don't feed kibble but do feed other Wellness canned products. If I fed kibble, this would be one I'd consider. It had no by products, gluten, corn, additives or preservatives. Wellness is a good food.

Pros: no additives, by products, corn, preservatives

Cons: none

Great food for cats!

posted 5 years ago

I started mixing in Wellness Core for my breeding cats but then decided with the grain scare that I'd use this for all my cats. They love it and look wonderful! I highly recommend this food!

Pros: Great all around food!

Cons: None that I know of!
