My dogs really enjoyed this dry brand. It had a variety of morsels and had a lot of healthy ingredients.

I have heard so many bad things about Purina, I would NEVER feed it to my dog. Supposedly if you read the ingredients list you will see "fillers." And ex-employee told me that they use lots of terrible things for these fillers. Since Purina is associated with other human food companies like little debbie, they sometimes use tampered with batches of cake mix. I have no idea if this is true or not. But when my parents switched their dog from Purina Puppy Chow to Flint River Ranch years ago we noticed an amazing transformation. He actually wasn't growing hair under his neck or on his belly, and it all grew in after the switch. We also had never seen his coat look healthier. So if you think you like Purina, try switching to something more natural and you will most definitely see a difference.

My animals love this food. We get it at Sam's which helps with the price a bit. Our 2 big dogs eat this stuff like it is candy.

This is a great food but sometimes a little too much for shelter dogs...the lack of normal exercise plus good food can make them fat. Otherwise a great product
