Pedigree has been my 1st choice in dog food for 5 dogs in more yrs than I can remember. It's also a top choice at the shelter where I volunteer. I thoroughly trust this brand & like that they frequently offer coupons. Even w/ large dogs, I prefer the small bites. I've lost a dog to bloat & prefer to feed the smallest size kibble. I've never seen a dog walk away from this brand, so they must be doing something right. Until recently, I used to 'free feed' (the bowls always had food) & have never had an obese dog, so I trust that the ingredients are of a better quality - especially in this price range. I also like that Pedigree takes a very active role in animal welfare programs.

I have raised (from puppies- with Pedigree Puppy food) three adult dogs and one litter of Chocolate Labs with Pedigree. I can't say enough good about their product. I have had the least amount of stomach upset and turned up noses using this product and a variety of their complete line up with out worry about how it might affect my animals. Their participation in working to get as many animals adopted around the country - and their donations to that great cause - is another very good reason to give this company a try. With all the products they produce, you are bound to find one that your special friend will enjoy as much as mine do.

Pedigree sends us boxes of 7.94 oz sample packages of this dog food. They look very appealing, even to us humans. They have added a new "meaty center" nugget to the original flavor which has got to taste great for our dogs. Put this in their pen and listen to them go at it.

Our lab has been on this for a while now and has not had any issues and now we are starting our newest on the puppy one.

The food is great. This is the best dry dog food that our dog has ever had. She ate it all and begged for more of it.
