Yeah was not to thrilled. It was a good product but overall I still feel that this product is second to Purina's other puppy chow for large breeds. The pups liked it but were not really eating it all in the 15 minutes after feeding. This concerned me as it should not take 45 minutes to eat 2 cups each for my pack.

Pros: good formula, easy to mix with wetfood, easy formula to please

Cons: expensive, not something you can feed several puppies on without someone having an upset stomach, hard to soak with water

When I first got my puppy I started him on Beneful puppy food and he just loves it. The size of the pieces of food also make it great to use if your trying to train your puppy as well. Thats what I did with mine and it worked great!

Pros: Has lots of the things that puppies need to grow big and strong

Cons: Some supermarkets only sell it in the giant bag size so you have to make sure you have a place to store all of the food

I started feeding Beneful when I got my pup because I didn't know any better. I started studying about dog nutrition and switched to a higher quality and was astounded at the difference.

Pros: cheap

Cons: low in nutrition

My puppy loves this food it is made with real chicken , and wholesome rice . It is very healthy for her it also has vitamins and vegetables in it for helping puppies grow strong !

Pros: Great chewy moist chuncks !
