My dog doesn't do well with much of the chicken based or other dog foods. I switched her to this about 5 years ago and we've been using it ever since. This is a pretty good lamb and rice formula dog food. It doesn't bother her stomache and she seems to like it.

Spike has allergies so this is the perfect food for him. He loves it and tries to open the bag before we even get it into the dog food bin. I would have to say this is a better price and option then pedigree. Also when you purchase this brand part of the profits go to help animal shelters.

For dogs with cumulative allergies to preservatives, dyes, etc., this is a choice that's affordable, effective and seems to be tasty to dogs.
