A premium dog food with Rice as the first ingredient, Chicken meal as the second (meal includes skin and bone) and then grains for 3 -5, and they want $40 for a 17lb. bag?

For that money there are many better options. Actually for that much money, almost anything is a better option.

I decided to try this food for my senior dogs who are alittle on the heavy side. Since beginning this food, the dogs seems happier, they are not eating as much as they were with the Kibbles and Bits, and they have seemed to be very satisfied with the taste. Where they seemed not to be able to get enough food to eat before, they are now eating just enough and acting satisfied! This food is a great food for the pets!

Pros: Great for helping the dog lose weight, great for the coat, and great for the dog who might need some balance

Cons: a bit pricey

I don't think Cesar Milan is a nutritionist. I wouldn't change my dog's food just because a television personality is pushing it. It's all marketing and I don't like that.

I would not buy this dog food just on principle. If he knows nothing about how to modify a dog's behaviour what would he know about their nutritional needs.

Since my dog started eating this food, they seem to be a little friskier - not sure if it's the food, but that's the only change we've had. They are healthy!
