This is one of Sparkie's favorite treats - and he is a fussy boy. They are quite rich, so I don't use them too often outside of high-distraction training. They aren't as greasy as some other dried turkey hearts (I'm thinking of OMA's Pride here), and are drier than chicken hearts. They break into smaller pieces fairly nicely, which is nice when you're working with a smaller dog like Sparkie (11 pounds).
