Never received my sample, but looks adorable in pic!

I never received the sample I requested :( I have two chihuahuas that would have tried the sample. I have a hard time finding items to fit them so was excited to get to try the item before making a purchase from the company website. I also requested another sample from them at the same time here on zootoo but didn't receive it either.
Pros: Looks adorable in the picture
Cons: never received
