I just installed my second Petsafe dog door. It needed replaced because the 2nd layer of flapping fell off of my original one, leaving a small gap the whole way around the dog door, which caused the flap to blow open, leaving the room freezing in the winter. Despite that, I ordered a second dog door, installed it and THE very first time my dog used it, the 2nd layer immediately fell off AGAIN. I won't order another one, but for a smaller dog it probably works well, unfortunately for a 120lb dog, the flapping easily pops off.

Pros: I love dog doors

Cons: Flap breaks easily with large dogs
