Entertaining and fun for your dogs
posted 1 year ago
This is a fantastic way to interactively feed your dog! I tried it at the dog shelter with several different dogs, and liked it so much I bought it for my 2 x-large dogs at home. Dogs have to work to get their food by sliding each of the 4 paw-toe doors, and rotating the center to get at 6 individual compartments. I love the fact that it holds up to 3 1/2 cups of food, and the dog will learn how to use it but it won't get "boring" if he uses it each meal. It works great for big dogs but can also be used for little dogs. I recommend supervising the dog, so they don't eat or chew up the plastic during or after eating. The toy/dish is easy to take apart and wash, and can be washed in the dishwasher. This toy by its nature will slow down your dog's eating, which is helpful if you are worried about bloat.
Pros: Slows eating, makes dogs think, useful repeatedly, easy to clean
Cons: need to watch your dog while they use this product

Turn mealtime into playtime with Aïkiou (pronounced "IQ"), the fun, interactive bowl that combines intellectual stimulation and physical activity. Using his paws and muzzle, your dog must turn the wheel and open the sliding doors to access the food that is hidden underneath.
