Tape Worm Tabs contain 34 mg praziquantel per tablet for dogs and puppies over 4 weeks of age. Field trials have shown Praziguantel Tape Worm Tabs to be 100% effective and safe for the removal of the common tapeworms when administered according to label indications. May be given for easy oral administration or crumbled and mixed with food. Dosage schedule: 1/2 tablet for 5 pounds and under, 1 tablet for 6 to 10 pounds, 1 1/2 tablets for 11 to 15 pounds, 2 tablets for 16 to 30 pounds, 3 tablets for 31 to 45 pounds, 4 tablets for 46 to 50 pounds, over 60 pounds give 5 tablets maximum

Can start pups at 4 weeks of age!

Tryed these on the shelter dogs. I can't see that they are any better than panacur.

Pros: works o.k.

Cons: little expensive, do not get much in a bottle

My friend uses these when her kitties get tapeworms. She said these are wonderful tablets.
