Interceptor Heartworm Medication

I get this from my vet for all 7 dogs I also get a rebate each time I have had them on this for a year now and it also takes care of other parisites to

Pros: easy to give and my vet recommends it

Cons: bit expensive

I don't know what the side effects are -- I note that this isn't popular information with vets. But I have seen a dog suffer heartworm & survive treatment just barely. It's worth it if your dog is outside with mosquitoes frequently. My old dog is rarely out these days, so I've stopped giving it to her.
