As simple as it gets... It works... the only thing I can to give you more information is.. I have a back deck and in the winter months my dog (who has bad arthritis) just goes to the bathroom on the deck.. well once summer rolls around, pheeww! So, I actually put this product in my pressure washer and clean the deck with that and it REALLY cleans and deoderizes... it also helps the grass around the deck re-grow... it comes with a spray nozzle that works great and I use that around the yard for touch ups when he urinates in the summer :-)
