This seemed like a great idea for our dog. Unfortunately the size recommended by the packaging was too big for our dog to comfortably chew on. It also (as the other reviewer suggested) could use bristles on more sides. Finally, my dog favors one side of her mouth for chewing, so it is hard to ensure that all of her teeth get cleaned.

My larger dog uses the Easy Brush, but it is too big for my 18lb. dog to use. This is a good addition to regular tooth brushing.

Once my dog got the hang of this, he really seemed to enjoy it. You definitely have to take it away after a few minutes so that it doesn't get destroyed. It did seem to help with his bad breath.
