Great portable crate

This is a good soft crate. It's good for traveling. It's easy to carry and quick to setup and take down.

Pros: portable

Cons: dogs can escape if they are determined

For the crate trained dog

posted 5 years ago

I really like this crate for daytrips and overnights. My dog is crate trained and doesn't try to escape. The side flaps can be rolled up or put down for privacy. Putting the sides down helps calm my dog especially when there are things she would want to chase outside it. She doesn't like it as much as she does her wire crate but it is good for travel.

It is not easily cleaned as it has a fleece pad instead of a plastic pan. The pad must be washed. The pad is covering a flimsy piece of board which I plan to replace with plastic. This crate was meant for dogs that are crate trained and do not chew. This crate is not claw or chew proof.

Pros: Great for travel

Cons: Not chew proof
