This is something that I let my dogs wear in anticipation to Halloween night. They don't mind wearing it and they don't bother with trying to remove it either. The bells are like a tracking device although it can be a little annoying with active pets going..."dingle! dingle! dingle! dingle! dingle! dingle! dingle! dingle!...etc... ;D I would recommend it to anyone that wants something quick and stylish with Halloween spirit!
